Workshop in Primary and Secondary Computing Education – Poster available

This week, the WiPSCE2021 conference took place online and TrainDL contributed through research of our project partner Freie Universität Berlin.

WiPSCE is the premier international venue for school-level computing education. It aims to improve the exchange of research and practice relevant to teaching and learning in primary and secondary computing education, teacher training, and related research.

In their contribution on how to address AI and data literacy in teacher education, Viktoriya Olari and Ralf Romeike reviewed existing frameworks and detailed upcoming needs and opportunities for a holistic implementation of these themes into the educational system, which is at the core of the TrainDL project objectives.
