Olga Kurasova is Principal Researcher and Professor at the Institute of Data Science and Digital Technologies at the Vilnius University, Lithuania. Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Artificial Neural Networks, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Multidimensional Data Visualization, Big Data Analysis, Optimization Methods  and  Evolutionary Computing. She also enriches numerous research projects such as the three-year EuroStars project: PEN (Production Effectiveness Navigator), the development of prototypes for information collection, transmission and presentation or the  development of methods and tools for data analysis. She has also participated in COST Actions, e.g. analyzing Big Data in sky and earth observation with BIG-SKY-EARTH (COST TD1403) or researching high-performance modeling for Big Data applications with chiPSet (COST IC1406).
