 in person!\n\nAfter six months of joint "online work", the time had finally
  come on September 20 and 21, 2021: The Steering Committee, i.e. the work p
 ackage leaders, met live in Berlin for the first time in this constellation
 . \n\nDuring the two days in Berlin, work continued on the current status o
 f work, topics were discussed in depth, and future processes were jointly d
 esigned.\n\nFor the consortial meeting, which took place in the afternoon o
 f the first working day public authorities - project partners from educatio
 n policy and administration - were connected online. In this first joint me
 eting there was on the one hand reporting on the already achieved project r
 esults and on the other hand the more in-depth discussion of the three proj
 ect clusters: Cluster Policy Building, Cluster Education and Cluster Evalua
 tion. \n\nTeacher trainings taking flight: First piloting field trials \n\n
 On the second day, all partners present in Berlin had the opportunity to pa
 rticipate in the Piloting Field Trial, i.e. a first trial run of the teache
 r training on AI and Data Literacy. This was particularly interesting, as i
 t gave the evaluating unit (University of Potsdam) and the project partners
  developing the policy recoemmendations (OCG) insight into the actual proce
 ss. For the Lithuanian colleagues from Vilnius University it was exciting a
 s well, as they were able to see the materials "in action" for the first ti
 me and were also able to gather inspiration for their own implementation in
  the third interation of the project - developing training and materials fo
 r primary school teachers.\n\nIt were two successful days that showed the c
 onsortium has done a good job so far and is well prepared to continue its' 
 work on TrainDL.\n\nThe article.\n\n\n\n
